Your subscription includes full use of our Fitness Room and a free one to one fitness assessment which includes checks for blood pressure, grip strength, flexibility, body fat %, height, weight and stamina. We can then arrange a work out for you based on your results.

You may also relax in our steam room, sauna, spa and 20m leisure pool. You can also take advantage of the various fitness classes we have on offer. These can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Two free guests are permitted per person per subscription year.

The centre is open from 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellations

A ’Full Months’ written notice is required when cancelling a monthly subscription membership.

Annual members are entering into a 12 month contract and refunds are not normally considered in the event of cancelling their membership early.

Notes:

• Guests £8 per person (Children 4 and under FREE) Children aged between 5yrs and 15yrs £4.00. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Family: Max 4, (2 adults and 2 children)
• Couple: Partners living at the same residence
• Child: 5 to 15 years 11 months
• Students: Full time identification must be provided
• Single Parent: Adult, One sole parent residing at named residence, plus up to a maximum of 2 children residing at same residence
• Senior Citizen: 65 years and over
