The half day hire charges are based on the room being hired from 9am – 1pm and 1pm – 5pm. Variations to these times could incur a full day charge.
We also hire out a selection of necessary conference equipment:
We offer a choice of specially designed conference packages to suit all your requirements as well as your budget. The room hire will be charged at only 50% of the above rate when choosing one of our great packages which include catering.
Fully Cooked Buffet Breakfast: -

Tomato, Mushrooms, Beans, Bread Rolls,
Tea and Coffee.
Fruit juice, Cereals, Muesli, Cornflakes, Croissants, Toast with Preserves, Fresh Fruit & Yoghurts, Tea and Coffee.
Bacon Roll & Danish Pastry on arrival served with a choice of tea and coffee.
Our full day packages are priced per delegate depending on the type of lunch required and consist of the following:-
Option 1 Baked Potatoes with Various Fillings, Salad Bowls, Pasta Bowls, Quiche and Pakora
Option 2 Chef's Soup of the Day served with an array of Assorted Sandwiches
We can tailor the menu to suit your requirements and below is just a small sample of the dishes we serve.
Sandwiches, Chicken Drumsticks, Vol-Au-Vents, Quiche, Sausage Rolls, Vegetable Crolines, Dips & Crudities, Vegetable Pakora, Chicken Pakora.
A selection of hot and cold dishes including sweets served as a buffet. The final menu selection can be made from a wide range of quality dishes. An example of these are
Lasagne, Curries, Pasta, Salads, Biryanis, kebabs & Tikka’s. Bhoona’s, Beef Strogonoff& Vegetarian dishes.
There may be a restriction on the choice dependent upon numbers.
