Our Team

We are gifted with a team of chefs who have worked together to create some great menus. Iain White was the Head Chef at the Quay prior to the takeover. His enthusiasm to create new dishes is contagious and he leads the team in the Café Quay.

He is also responsible to ensure that the menus in our function suites meet the needs of our varied clientele.

Our front of house team have many years of experience organising weddings, conferences and banquets and funerals. The team is run by Iain and Arun.

Wedding and function enquiries are handled by Sharon and Pauline and Charan's daughter Jaspreet who between them have many years of experience in their fields.
